Alix Ledesma saw this pattern repeatedly throughout her decade in the insurance industry. She recognized a better path existed—one where clients come first, education precedes sales, and every recommendation is genuinely designed around individual needs.
In 2016, Cygnus Insurance Group was founded on this simple principle: insurance should make people feel confident, not confused.
